나무위에만 달려있는 마른 잎들이 mystery

고기를 별로 좋아하지 않는 관계로 항상 'steak'라는 단어는 나와는 동떨어진 그런 단어였다. (그렇다고 아예 못먹는건 아님) 그 동안 연어 steak에 대한 환상이 있었다. 29년을 살아오면서 연어를 한번도 못 먹어봤던 건 아니었지만 왠지 연어 steak은 다른 맛이 날 것 같은 기분이 들었다. TV나 기타 다른 매체를 통해서도 연어 steak는 다른 연어 요리와는 사뭇 달라 보였었다. 하지만 실상은... 그냥 익힌 생선살일뿐. 어찌보면 당연한데 그동안 왜 난 다르게 생각했을까? 이제 더이상 연어 steak에 대한 환상은 없다.
